Just-in-time materials provide 24/7 access to information, desk guides, and videos regarding academic tools and best practices in higher education at ERAU-W.’
These workshops are available to all ERAU-W faculty and can be completed in 2-4 hours. Each workshop focuses on specific topics in teaching and technology. These experiences include a variety of deliverables and a culminating project. You will receive feedback on your submissions and a certificate upon successful completion. Virtual Faculty Learning Communities
Each spring and fall, Rothwell CTLE coordinates collaborative asynchronous experiences for ERAU-W faculty. These Virtual Faculty Learning Communities (V-FLC) experiences span multiple weeks, include weekly resources, and engaging discussions around a specific teaching topic.

Information about the initial faculty development (iTeachER) course experience, which is required for all new ERAU-W prior to teaching their first course. Enrollment in iTeachER occurs sixty days before the term start of your first online course and is conducted entirely online.
