Teaching Tip: Giving APA Feedback

It can be challenging to provide effective feedback efficiently! APA is the standard formatting style for ERAU-W, so it’s important for students to receive quality APA feedback from faculty.

How can you do this effectively AND efficiently?

  • Model best writing practices
  • Provide students with an APA template
  • Create (or use the RCTLE-created) APA feedback bank
  • Provide good examples
  • Share and utilize resources

For more tips and tricks on giving effective and efficient APA feedback, as well as access to the RCTLE-created APA feedback bank, you can refer to the November 2017 EV-Anar: Providing Effective APA Feedback Efficiently.
