Self-reflection is a process for gaining a better understanding of your emotions, strengths, weaknesses, and other driving factors, by taking time to ask important questions. Self-reflection should be continuous, especially at the end of each term.

The Worldwide Faculty Annual Self-Assessment of Performance (login required) tool is available to facilitate this process.
